Gi Group is looking for a talented Customer Service Specialist for our partner, who provides a comprehensive range of automotive financial services.
- University Degree;
- Medium level of English;
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position;
- Charisma knowledge;
- Specific knowledge: leasing, juridical, advanced MS Office skills;
- Customer oriented;
- Communication skills, team spirit.
- Manages the contracts and prepares the addendums for the following situations: restructuring, cessions, total damage, partial payments, foreclosure on a third person;
- Takes care of introduction of direct debit mandates and monitors the debit process;
- Responsible for the 3 billing sessions;
- Responsible for taking the daily calls received from the customers;
- Answers to customers request received through email and from the front office area;
- Checks the courier invoice and the centralised data;
- Responsible for closing and issuing redemption bills for OL and RT contracts;
- Responsible for retention program;
- Checks the compliance with the complains procedure;
- Checks the annual taxes;
- Verifies, documents and optimizes the CS procedures; correlation of procedures with the informatics system (Charisma);
- Offers supports for special projects if the direct manager requires it.
